Project details:
Part: The customer entrusted us with the production of several plastic parts making up a piece of industrial equipment.
This box was injected using fiberglass loaded polyamide (PA6 +30%GF) with over-molding of brass inserts which we procured. This assembly presented both aesthetic constraints (the window was mirror-polished) and technical constraints (deformation, resistance to heat, brass insert over-molding).
Injection tooling: 1 imprint tool
Production volume: 1500 pieces per year
